What happens in the body when we fast? With Dr. Marco Paret Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you for today a video that will be dedicated to fasting starting with a question and that's why I have my big board that I elaborately brought here What happens in the body when we fast? And I wanted to be able to describe it to you by doing a kind of time freeze to understand exactly what's going on in the body.
So, I made this video in a slightly particular context. Last week, there were no videos for a big week, for the simple reason that my channel was blocked, suspended, because there are 2 videos that have been deleted.
The video I made on cancer, How can we cure cancer with vegetable juices? A video that had almost 400,000 views that was deleted for incorrect medical information. This is the thing behind which YouTube is now hiding as soon as we do something that does not fit exactly in the doxa of the moment.
And then there was also the video on UNA-DFI, the amyvilude, which was called from sectarian drift to ideological and sanitary drift. By the way, I notice that all the videos in which I talk a little bit about what is happening, factually, on the subject of amyviline and lumadefi, they are systematically deleted.
So there must be huge pressures. I don't see where there was incorrect medical information, there was not, since we were not talking about medical information, but whatever, YouTube does pretty much what it wants, and it's a big problem, because, here, we start...
I will devote a little minute, but to explain the context a little bit, There is a circular that has passed called the DSA, Digital Service Act which was implemented from August 2023 but which will be fully in action in February 2024, so in a few days.
Digital Service Act, DSA, is a law to fight online disinformation. So, overall, about 99 % of my videos fall into this framework. They are considered disinformation. Although you are tens, hundreds of thousands who have drawn healthy information for your health, the dominant model qualifies it as such.
But it's a real problem, videos are deleted, my channel can be deleted at any time, since they made a video that was more than a month and a half. We see tribunes of doctors who are educated to fight online misinformation.
who are online, plateau doctors, we agree, who have an absolutely catastrophic physiological level of knowledge. I listened to one not long ago, who tried to explain why detoxification did not exist.
It's a huge thing, we will dedicate a small video to detoxification. But hey, it's currently hitting hard, it's hitting very hard. It's a real problem because I realize that I invest a lot of time, a lot of energy to create videos.
The one on cancer, for example, had taken a long time. Alex, who edits it, who films it, it also takes a lot of work. And to see this video jump like that...
Besides, the video jumped the day after the judge accused me of publishing it. We may not think badly of it, but I notice, it's a fact. So it's a really big problem, and that's why I'm teasing you a little.
I do not intend to see my videos on which I put so much energy and jump like that one after the other, it does not amuse me at all, it annoys me even seriously. So I announce to you, a bit in teaser, that in February there will be an event, the 13 years of Regener, the first video was released on February 13, 2011, we will be on February 13, 2024, we will have more than 800,000 subscribers, so that's not bad, there are many of you who have joined the
channel recently and I thank you for that. And you will see, there will be big news, On the other hand, we will have the means of our independence, and I am really happy about that.
So, regenerative is health, but it is first and foremost autonomy. And autonomy, I remind you etymologically, it means that it is not governed by the law of another, which is not governed by an external law, but rather governed by an internal law.
And in this case, it is the great natural principles. So today we are going to dive literally into the heart of autonomy and health. Because fasting is health par excellence. It is the very expression of life.
We will talk about fasting and what really happens in the body when we abstain from eating and even when we abstain from drinking. So there are a lot of fantasies and very little science, so we will try to avoid them. In fact, when we realize a little bit the cascade of reactions that happens in the body favorable to your health, when we abstain from food, well, we understand the power it can have, and we can immediately ask ourselves how it is that it is no longer put forward by modern medicine. Especially since research has progressed on this,
now scientific studies on fasting, we have some, we want to kill, here it is. And it's funny because I came across... So, some would say ignorance, others would say stupidity, we could also say corruption, intellectual corruption, if not financial corruption.
I came across a document from Inserm, a report from Inserm in January 2014 on the preventive or therapeutic fasting. And the conclusion of this report, you can scroll it a little on the screen, Alex, please, I will send you the link.
Their conclusion is fabulous. In conclusion, any fast, whether complete or partial, with a calorie intake of less than 300 calories a day, must only be carried out within a medicalized structure to avoid the occurrence of serious undesirable effects.
Undesirable effects that are not even detailed, because it's still a kind of madness, there could be serious undesirable effects. And to this day, no medicalized structure offers this type of practice in France.
So, you are in France, you are dead. According to them, you are dead, you can not, You have to do it at all costs in a medicalized structure, there is no such thing in France, so it's dead.
Regarding the practice under medical supervision, there are still no scientific studies that are sufficiently numerous and rigorous to conclude that it has a therapeutic or preventive effectiveness. So, what's funny is that they take precautions, because they say, sufficiently numerous, because they do not dare to say that there are no scientific studies, since in English you go to scientific publication portals, whether it's the British Journal of Medicine, PubMed, NBCI, studies on fasting, aging, cardiovascular rejuvenation,
on liver function, well, it's just incredible the literature there is, but not for them, there is not enough, and they are not rigorous enough. So many extremely vague terms that allow them to disqualify a practice without ever having to give the slightest argument.
And that shows us once again, I'm sorry, but before getting into the heart of the matter, that we are really in a disease management system, a system of profit creation through the disease, and that the value is in weakness and in poor health. And finally, there is no point in promoting health practices, especially free practices, because fasting costs nothing, on the contrary, you save money.
Fasting can be done at home, absolutely, as long as you do it gradually, gradually, it can be done at home. I often say to myself, how do you become a fast specialist? By fasting, that's all.
Except that you don't start from scratch in a 40-day fast alone at home, it's obvious, you're supposed to have a critical mind and think about things a little bit, but you start with half a day of fasting, then a day of fasting, then two days of fasting, and if you progress, if you go gradually, it's like when you do running or weight training, you go slowly, you do not load the bar to the maximum right away, because if you do, you will hurt yourself,
it is the same evidence, but if you go gradually, there is no reason. So fasting is an autonomous, free practice, and so, in fact, it does not bring any value to a system that is based on the disease.
There, I would have said it. For this video, I still wanted to say a big thank you, a big up, let's say, in a certain way to Estelle Sovana, the editor-in-chief of the magazine REGENER, because she let me consult the magazine number 8, which is excellent, which is about fasting, I know that many of you bought it, it is an excellent, excellent, excellent document on fasting, very synthetic, it brings together almost all aspects of fasting,
and I was inspired a little bit, at least to have the rigor in the chronology that I will offer you. So, let's get to the heart of the matter, what is fasting? Fasting is voluntary deprivation of food.
Food, we will specify. I will tell you about food, but understand that it is about nutrition. Because it's two things, it's two different things. We eat with food, for example, I could take a tangerine there, and in the back of my mind, I think by the end of the video I will eat one.
I feed myself with a tangerine, On the other hand, I feed on its scent, I feed on what my eyes see, I feed on these mountains, I feed on this sun, I feed on my human interactions.
So be careful, fasting is a deprivation of food, not of food, and on the contrary, we often realize that when we eat less, we feed more in a certain way, we are more sensitive to our environment.
So it's a voluntary deprivation, and the word is very important, of food and even potentially liquid, we will talk about dry fasting in some cases. of young dry. So, I say voluntarily, it's very important, because if it is an involuntary deprivation, the mechanisms that I will describe will not happen in exactly the same way, because the stress-inducing, that is to say that if it is a constraint, a constraint, you saw the previous video, and I thank you because you were very
numerous to the plebiscite, plebiscite, exactly, how do I manage the pressure, you saw that at any constraint, there is a response of the body, a response called the stress response. In addition, this response is not related to the constraint, but the appreciation of the constraint.
That is to say, if someone prevents you from eating, well, you can have an appreciation of the constraint that will make you completely freak out if you have never fasted in your life. And at that moment, the production of stress hormones will interfere with the normal fasting processes, okay? So, we're going to talk about voluntary deprivation. So, already know that when we talk about fasting, we fast every day.
So, during our sleep, globally, we will spend 10 hours, 12 hours, some less, because some eat until late at night, and then as soon as they get up, they eat right away.
An average person can easily spend 10 hours without eating and without drinking, okay? So, we do not die, it proves that our body can manage without food for a while. At the same time, it's normal, I say it in the length and breadth of my videos, our body is a great machine to adapt, and if, and that's important, it's always the same with adaptation, to request this function strengthens and improves the metabolic function of our body, not to request it,
on the contrary, it makes us degenerate. And our civilization degenerates. Why? Because we eat all the time, all the time, and so we do not require this capacity in our body. So, what is really interesting, and this is very important, is that our body is designed to optimize food research so that we do not starve.
And it makes sense, because in a natural environment, in which, finally, we have food that is random, it is important to be optimized for food research. It's a good thing.
But when your fridge is full all the time, is that there is food around you all the time, having an organism that is oriented towards food research, it becomes a perverse functioning. So, in this sense, it must be understood that for our body, fasting is a constraint.
Who says constraint will say reaction of the organism, which is a stress reaction. Fasting, it takes an effort, it is a voluntary commitment of the person, in a way, against his biology.
Okay? It means it's going to be done against us, our body does not want to fast. And it's interesting because often I am told about instinctive fasting, for example. That is to say, if you fast instinctively, you will not fast often.
No, it does not work. I've heard that in some circles. I practice instinctive fasting. In practice, do you fast often? No. It's normal. Why? Because your body is not programmed to fast. At the limit, the day you're going to have a fever, you're going to have a little disturbance, symptoms, like, you're really not going to be hungry, okay, but fasting, normally, it is imposed by your environment, it is not you who decides.
So, talking about instinctive fasting, for me, it's crazy, okay? So, fasting is a stress for the body, it is a constraint that will result in stress, it is an adapted physiological stress, it will have to be adapted in intensity and duration, and if it is adapted to the individual in intensity and duration, but we will have, as a consequence, a growth, a gain, and that's what we're going to look for.
So know, to finish this little general presentation at the beginning, the more we fast, and the easier it is to fast, because somewhere fasting is learning the body to go along the paths to go and hit the stocks of the body, okay? At first, it does not know the way.
And that's how you can have people who are overweight, so with reserves, we will see that in the body, the reserves are lipids, it's fats, he will have important lipid reserves, and despite everything, as soon as he skips a meal, all of a sudden, it's overwhelming, he goes into hypoglycemia, we will talk about hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, and in fact, it's just that he can't suck in his reserves, but that's not normal.
So, the younger he is, the easier it is to fast, the body knows the ways, the mind is in peace and fears are dissipated. So, that's important because in a crisis situation, let's imagine that all of a sudden you are in a big city like Paris, and then the city is completely blocked.
And by reference to a situation that has existed or currently exists, and suddenly there is no more food, the person who is used to fasting will not go crazy. She knows very well that she can spend several days without eating and without completely losing weight.
A person who has never fasted, it will go into collective hysteria. Unfortunately, like most people never fast, there are big chances, there are big risks that it turns into collective hysteria. So, a very important element, fasting has two phases, and it is very important to respect them.
Because we always think that fasting is the deprivation of food. No, fasting as such is a complete process in which there is a phase of deprivation, in which there will be a response of the body, which is a response of stress, and then there will be a phase that is called overcompensation, when you start eating again, and this is the phase where there will be growth and gain.
Which means automatically that if you fast, you fast, so that's very risky, fast because we have such a problem, that's very risky, why is it very risky? Because in fact, you are going to fast because you have pimples and you want to see them disappear, except that when you go to fast, it's a bit like you leave the key to the house to the body, to your body, to the living in you, and you tell him,
okay, do your job. And he, maybe the buttocks are the cadet of his worries. Before that, there are repairs to do in the liver, in the kidneys, in the lungs, I do not know.
So you're going to fast for buttocks, and then finally, the buttocks will not disappear at first. You will say, ah, it did not work. And you will say it even more, that you will evaluate the success of your fast at the end of the period of deprivation.
But no, the benefits, you will have them in the phase of overcompensation, i.e. in the rejuvenation behind fasting. So, we deduce that it is very important to be careful about what we eat after fasting, at the qualitative and quantitative level, because that's what will determine the quality of the reconstruction in your body, and the quality of the gain that will follow fasting. And here too, to finish with that, I say, well, you fast because you have buttons, in the end,
the buttons are always there at the end of the fast, and how many times have I heard that the fast did not work? So, you take it out of your head immediately, it's like saying that your body is not alive, okay? From the moment you get rid of food, you will have, we'll see it right after, there will be a cascade of metabolic reactions, these metabolic reactions take place for everyone, all the time.
There is no Calinero, there is no ugly little duck, everyone is chosen for that. On the other hand, the symptomatic manifestation that will come out of it, it may not be consistent with what you were expecting specifically.
But fasting always works, it has always worked in the body. So this idea... Look, since I took a board, it will be useful for something. Hey, I have felt and they are magnetic, so I do not risk losing them.
It's cool, it's technical. This idea of gain-privation, what will it do to us? It's going to make us a kind of diagram on the stairs. Are you okay? Can you see?
It's okay? Yeah, cool. So here you have time, for example, you have T, and here you have vitality, the health of the person. Oh no, wait, we're going to do the health of the person, the S. The health of the person.
Well, you start here, little health, okay? You're going to fast, it's a bit like if you had a descent, and then you have a gain, you will end up there.
Then after you fast again, you have a descent and you have a gain. Then you fast, a descent, then a gain, a descent, then a gain... Here you are at a God level, you see, you are super strong in health.
So understand how this thing will work by phase. I can even erase with my pen, it's huge. It's long, but it's impressive. We have special effects in these videos now. So, really understand that it will work step by step and that the reconstruction phase is essential.
That is, do not neglect this phase. How many people I saw doing 3, 4, 5 days of fasting? So, 3, 4, 5 days of fasting, it's serious already, it requires a real commitment, respect. And then after that, eat anything, but it's a shame, you waste all the benefits, because that's where the benefits will come from. So, on the contrary, be particularly attentive to the quality
of the food. It is often said that the reconstruction phase lasts at least 2 to 3 times, or more, the duration of the fast. And it is important that this phase of compensation is present.
Because if you fast, then you fast again, without leaving this reconstruction phase, then it will lead to exhaustion. And that's how we end up with people who say, I fasted several times and then finally I lost weight, I weakened, and so on.
Okay, but you did not leave enough time. So, how long is enough time? The answer is always the same, it depends. It depends on what? It depends on you, it depends on your physiology.
There are organisms that will rebound very easily, that will regain the lost weight, because be careful, we will talk about it in a future video, if this one is not censored too quickly, I will make a next one, but we do not fast to lose weight, we fast to recover health, And the expression of health is going to be an adapted physiological weight.
We fast first for health. And so, it's going to be a step by step like that, as I told you, and this phase of overcompensation, of rebound, it is important, it is essential.
So, do not fast too often, let your body go up, recover and then fast again. So, be careful, if you are on fasts of half a day, that's it, it does not work.
But I'm talking about fasts that will last 5, 6, 7, 8 days. Do not fast too much like that. You do one, you let a few weeks go by to receive the benefits, you rebuild with a quality diet and then you start again if the desire is present.
So be careful not to miss the gain phase. There is a fast, for example, that was created by a Russian named Sergei Filanov, Sergei Filanov, we may talk about him in this video, he is a specialist in dry fasting.
So dry fasting is without food and without drinks, we will talk about it at the end of the video. And he proposed, for example, a very powerful cascade fasting, very, very powerful, even very intense.
For once, I give you an example, but it is not mandatory to reproduce if you do not have experience. He did 1 day of dry fasting, 1 day of food, 2 days of dry fasting, 2 days of food, 3 days of dry fasting, 3 days of food, 4 days, 4 days, 5 days, 5 days, and so on until 9 days.
9 days of dry fasting, 9 days of dry fasting is like diving in deep water, you go very far because it's not water fasting, and dry fasting, we will see in terms of cleaning and deepness of the body, it goes very fast, it goes much faster.
We say that 1 day of dry fasting is equivalent to about 3 days of water fasting. So it's a bit like 9 days is 27-30 days, it's almost a month of fasting, the equivalent. And so he was 9-9, that's it. And we will see, there are as many ways to fast as there are individuals and situations in life.
And here I give you this example, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, it may be too intense for you, it will lead to weight loss. Those who want to try this, you can do 1, 2, 2, 4, 3, 6, 4, 8 and so on.
In fact, you do what you want. And that's a very important thing, we are talking about autonomy. And I often hear people say, Ah, but can I fast like this? Can I do this?
Can I do that? Do I have the right to? There, for once, you have your legitimacy, you are the sovereign of your own body. Here, you have no one, anyway, there is no one who wants to follow you. The INSERM says it well, there is no medical center adapted in France.
So, theoretically, you do not have the right according to the INSERM to fast, okay? So, since you do not have the right to fast, and you choose to fast, you are out of the law. So, if you are out of the law, be completely out of the law.
and for once, listen to yourself. So, do I have the right? You are free. You make choices, you can experiment absolutely everything you want, adapt, individualize. The rule, the only rule, to not fail, is to go gradually.
Do not go for long fasts, I have already said it, start slowly, start anything. I mean, you never ran in your life, you want to start running, you will not run in 4295, it's a marathon.
You will start doing a few kilometers, running, walking, it's interesting, you will not just run, well, it's the same. You can start fasting a little bit, then take some vegetable juice, you can...
people will tell me, but I took a vegetable juice, I interrupted my fast, it's... But no, you do what you want, you fast for 2 days, you take a vegetable juice, you go back to fasting, you do what you want, you adapt it as you want.
In fact, it's not important, it's up to you. In fact, you will be in the right place from the moment you stick exactly with the needs of life in you. That's why there are people who tell me, I went for a week of fasting, I fasted only 2 days, it's a failure.
I say, I do not know if it's a failure, in fact, it may be a success. Because if you stopped after 2 days, because you really felt that your body was telling you, no, stop, this is not the time, it's a success, it's a real success.
So there is not this notion of absolute failure, it does not exist for me. You know, for me, the notion of good and evil, in fact, it's the living that dictates it. It's to say, do you stick to life or do you not stick to life? If you go in the direction of life, you are in good, if you do not go in the direction of life, you are not in good.
And that's exactly the same with fasting. So you do exactly as you want. I would even say that the most natural fasting possible, when we talk about instinctive fasting, there are some who tell me the story of instinctive fasting, where you will never fast in your life, but I would talk about natural fasting.
Natural fasting would be a slightly random fasting. There are days when you eat in the morning, then there are days when you do not eat all day and you only have one meal in the evening, then for 2 days you will not eat, then after you will eat again for a week or two, then you will eat again, you change all the time.
In nature, this is exactly what would happen. That is, you have days, seasons where there is abundance, you have seasons where there is no abundance, you realize you have days when you eat only one type of product, you have days when you will have different types of products, and this randomness corresponds much more to the conditions in which our body was formed.
So, we are free, we are free to experiment, but for that, you need knowledge, and that's what I'm going to try to give you today, hoping that the YouTube censors do not strike this video which is science-based, so based on science.
So, what happens when we fast? The signal, the absolute signal, when we start eating a food, a food that is supposed to feed us, a food is macronutrients, lipids, glucose, proteins, and micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, oligosaccharides. When we ingest a food, whatever it is, the body reacts by producing a hormone called insulin. Here, we will put insulin, we will write it there, hop! Insulin, I do not press too much on
the board because otherwise it will tilt, because we put so much straw on the floor that the board is going crazy. Insulin, you eat, equals insulin. So insulin, you've already heard its name, it's a hormone, A hormone is a chemical messenger.
That is, it is a product that is supposed to bring information to the body from a distance, which is conveyed by blood. In this case, this hormone is produced by an organ called the pancreas, which is an organ all along, which is located at this level.
And so, this hormone, this insulin, it says to the body, Okay, now the individual is eating, it's a matter of storing. Because when you eat, it's about using what is eaten.
Of course, insulin promotes the entry of sugar into the cell and also promotes storage. Storage is important, it is a storage in the form of fat, okay? And that's going to be important for the physiology of the fast.
We do not store sugars, plants store sugars. When you see the root of a plant, these are complex sugars, it's going to be their energy reserve. In humans, we do not store sugars.
we store a little bit of something called glycogen. Glycogen, glucose, you see that there is something a bit similar. We store a little bit of glycogen in the liver, here, and in the muscles. Except that the one that is useful in fasting is the one in the liver, and our glycogen reserves are limited.
And as we are told, they will be even more limited than you eat every 15 minutes. Because it's always the same, the body builds efficient reserves depending on your use of these reserves.
That is, if you eat every 15 minutes, the body does not need to make a lot of glycogen, it knows anyway that you are fed every 15 minutes, that you are always gnawing. And the day you will not have food, it will be complicated.
So we do not store in the form of sugar, we store in the form of fat. Fat is above all, first of all, the storage of the body. So, as soon as we start eating, insulin rises, She says to the body, use the sugars that are in the blood, we digest it in the digestive tract and then it goes into the blood, and then store it in the form of fat.
So, what is important is that we always talk about insulin, if you are diabetic, all doctors will tell you, especially do not eat fruit because it's full of sugar, and sugar makes insulin go up.
So, you should know that sugar, protein or fat, I mean, insulin is a messenger that indicates to the body that there is food and that there must be storage, okay? The insulin response is not exactly the same, and what will make the biggest insulin response is sugar, that's for sure, but protein or fat, it reacts in the same way.
Besides, I do not know if I will have the opportunity to do it on YouTube, because according to me, the video will not last long, but it would be worth making a video, it would be very interesting, including to communicate with the doctor and with the authorities, who blame me for certain things about fasting in diabetics, I will prepare a video on fasting when you are diabetic. Because there are a lot of things to say, and a lot of physiology to understand.
While most doctors, you tell them, fasting is diabetic, they scream. They do aerophagy, I do not know, in any case, it's general madness.
No, but wait, we will base ourselves on science and we will try to understand what is going on. And we will realize that whether it is with type 2 and even in some very precise conditions with type 1, we can, in an intelligent way, adapt, fast, and with many benefits.
And besides, there are a lot of people who testify to this. But that will be another subject, we will see if this video lasts a while. So, we start eating, and after a while, we are away from the meal.
This is where we will have our temporary freeze, that's why I brought this big board here, so we're going to use it anyway. The sugar level will start to decrease. And that's the marker, the body is based on the amount of sugar.
We must have between 0.7 and 1.2 grams of sugar in the blood. So I'm going to write it down for you, sugar in blood, 0.7, 1.2, something like that, it's grams per liter.
So I know that the Anglo-Saxons have other units, I think they say between 7 and 12, for example, because I do not know what they mean anymore, well, it does not matter, the body will adapt by reducing storage, and when the sugar level starts to go down, he will start using this famous glycogen to release sugar.
And normally, he will tap into the reserves as long as he has at his disposal. So normally, this question of sugar in the blood should not be a problem, because either we are fed from the outside, or we are no longer fed from the outside, and at that moment, the body switches to internal fuel.
So, glycemic regulation is a hormonal process, okay? And it is directly related to our state of vitality. We know that a person is exhausted, it is a person whose hormonal system and nervous system is exhausted.
And then there is really an important thing to understand, it is that all the people who will present for example hypoglycemia phenomena, what does that mean? Normally, hypoglycemia should not come.
I mean, the sugar starts to decrease because you move away from the previous meal, at that moment, the body sends a hormonal signal, we will see which one it is, insulin decreases and there is a hormone called glucagon, which is secreted by the pancreas, which will increase the inhibition of insulin production and that will make the body start to transform the famous glycogen that is in the liver into sugar, then later it will go to the fats to produce sugars and feed the body.
So hypoglycemia is first and foremost an adaptation problem, okay? And how do we solve an adaptation defect? There are two possibilities. Either we compensate with external inputs, someone has hypoglycemia, what are we going to tell him?
Eat a piece of sugar, okay? But in doing so, you require the adaptive system, or we will require the adaptive system to the limit of what it can support to strengthen it. I'll give you an example so you understand. You have no muscle development, you have a muscle atrophy.
What is the solution? The solution, is it to put on an exoskeleton, for example, which will give you the illusion of being stronger, but which will actually leave you as frail as you are, or is it going to be to slowly resume physical training to the limit of what you can bear? So, at first it will not be much, but it will already be that, until there is a real reinforcement.
The parallel is exactly the same. I know that every time I was told about hypoglycemia, I analyze physiologically speaking, saying that it is a person who has an adaptation defect, I personally, in a case like that, what would I do?
Well, I would go to the limit every time, that is, I do not go into the hypoglycemia crisis, you have production of adrenaline, you have cold sweats, you have a panic attack and everything, you should not go into a state of panic.
but instead of jumping immediately on sugar, I would wait a little bit, then a little bit more, then the next time a little bit more, in order to strengthen the body. Giving sugar to someone who has regular hypoglycemia is to condemn him to aggravate his situation.
In the same way, swallowing insulin to someone who has hyperglycemia is to condemn him to aggravate his situation. Okay, so here we have a general picture. So now we get into the heart of the matter, what happens in the body when we fast?
So first, let's stop believing that fasting is stopping. Because we always say, fasting is rest, I'm going to lie down and so on. It's outdoor rest, generally it is recommended when we fast to rest. On the other hand, inside it is an explosion of life.
External life slows down for the benefit of internal life. Besides, it's easy to see when you start fasting, quickly, after a day or two, you will start to feel discomfort, pain, you feel your organs, you feel your liver, you feel your kidneys, you feel your intestines, you can have digestive problems, diarrhea, you can spit, you can cough, it can come out, you realize that you are not fasting at all.
Okay? So this idea that fasting is a stop, it's a break, It's not a break at all, it's an explosion of life. It's a moment where life literally explodes, it's a very intense moment.
So fasting, and that's something very important, is not equal to rest. Besides, this notion of rest is completely nonsense. Life never stops, even when we sleep. We sleep, we rest, you rest, but your body does not rest.
It's another phase of functioning, that's what we call rest. It's another phase of functioning, but life never stops in us. And paradoxically, fasting is a very intense moment of life.
So, I'm going to tell you a little bit about the approximate timing of what happens when we fast. So, I say it's approximate because it will depend on your physiology, your terrain, your fasting habit too, because we realize that these timings can be disrupted if the person is really used to fasting, it will go faster in some stocks.
It can also be disrupted by the fact that you do not eat and drink or not. That is to say that a dry fast, in fact, the timings that I will tell you will be extremely reduced. That is to say, when I tell you, for example, that after 12 hours there is such a phenomenon, in a dry fast, it is after 4 hours or 6 hours, and we'll see later why.
So we're going to take a kind of time scale, like this, quick. Okay, this is the last meal, at zero, this is the last meal you just ate. So after about four hours... Excuse me, I wrote down Chakal.
No, a real four, I'm going to put it in front. Sorry, I'm turning your back. So, after 4 hours, the amount of sugar in the blood from the digestion and the last meal starts to drop and the liver will start to release glycogen, so here we will mark glycogen.
So, I tell you, glycogen will release it to the height of its storage. The more you practice fasting, the more the body will learn to store glycogen Glycogen is very accessible. We will see later, the body will exhaust it in fat reserves, for example, it takes more time, okay? It requires a more important metabolic adaptation. Glycogen is not simple sugar, directly usable, but it's not far.
So, in fact, it's a super interesting storage. Because, frankly, switching to glycogen, it's like that, it's a change of fuel, barely. So, managing to store more glycogen is very interesting.
How do we store a lot more glycogen? Well, it's simple, by fasting. The more you fast, the more your body will adapt by storing more glycogen that will allow you to fast better, in a much more comfortable way.
By doing endurance physical exercise too, in which we will tap into our glycogen reserves. At this point, it will teach the body to store more glycogen. The release of glycogen will reach its maximum about 6 hours after the last meal.
Again, indicative timing, so 4-6 hours, that's the time of glycogen, that's the time of glycogen. Then, when glycogen is completely decomposed into glucose molecules, so we call it glycogenolysis, there is glycogenesis in which we form glycogen and there is glycogenolysis, in which the glycogen is destroyed, which is stored in the liver, it must be destroyed, it is decomposed to produce sugars.
Then, after this phase, there will be a second phase that will start to trigger. So, the phases, you have to understand that they overlap, it's not like you have one and then it stops, it's not a switch, it's not on-off, there is a overlap that is done.
There is a phenomenon called neoglucogenesis. Neoglucogenesis is another mechanism that is called hyperglycemia and that will start after 12 hours. 12 hours, 16 hours approximately. Neoglucogenesis is the synthesis of glucose from non-glucidic compounds.
So it's going to be amino acids, so proteins, the basic protein components and fatty acids from lipid reserves. So, neoglucogenesis, so here are the proteins, so I put proteins, in reality it's amino acids, so it's the base proteins, and lipids, it's fatty acids that make up lipids, which are decomposed to produce energy.
So, there is something that is very, very, very interesting, it is that from about 12 hours, there is something that will be at the hormonal level... That's it. A.
Just behind you. T. Ah, yes, yes. Thank you. I was happy, I bought matches of all colors, so, there is something that will be very, very interesting from 12 hours, we see a massive production of GH.
GH, so said like that, it may not make you dream, GH, but GH is Growth Hormone, with a very Catalan American accent. Growth Hormone means growth hormone. You know, the thing with which all the...
Well, the growth hormone, after 12 hours of fasting, it increases enormously. So physiologically speaking, it is understood, it is understood because I say to myself, after 12 hours without food, in a natural context, in fact, your body will adapt by giving you as much energy as possible because the growth hormone, it will increase the circulation of hormones, it will metabolize, it is a boost of energy metabolism,
so in fact, it will give you much more capacity to go get food. Because in fact, the more you abstain from eating, the more, at least at first, your body will adapt by making you more efficient to get food.
Since I told you, food deprivation, I said food deprivation, but it's food, food deprivation is a constraint for the body. So we will have at that moment the production of growth hormones.
So growth hormone, called anti-aging hormone, which improves calcium fixation and gives better density water, it has a lot of participation in the construction of the skeleton.
Growth hormone is very important for young people in development. It helps to burn fat better, energy metabolism, we burn fat better, we produce more heat and more energy, it increases muscle mass, so it increases muscle mass when we exercise, okay? We do not build muscle by doing exercise, but by exercising, and that's interesting, so by exercising, for example, at noon, 12 hours of fasting, you make your last meal at 8 o'clock in
the evening, at 8 o'clock in the morning, you are at 12 hours of fasting, okay? So it's not fair, it's when you sleep, there is nothing exceptional about it. Well, at 12 hours of fasting, you have a significant increase in the growth hormone. So, it increases muscle mass, and that explains why there are a lot of people who are adept at what is called intermittent fasting, that is, not eating in the morning and doing physical exercise at fasting,
to take advantage of this growth hormone boost. It increases metabolism, so you have a kind of global betterment, a resistance to the cold, better morale, and so on. It favors the synthesis of proteins and tissue repair. So, this growth hormone is very important.
We will also have a significant increase in a factor called BDNF. Again, I will do it in English, sorry, all my condolences. Brain Derivated Neurotrophic Factor. So, it's a neurotrophic factor, so, neurotrophic means neuronal growth derived from the brain.
Brain is brain, okay? Neurotrophic factor of neuronal growth, okay? So, it means that it is a factor that will favor connections between neurons, the establishment of new connections, the rejuvenation of the brain and the overall functioning of the brain.
In other words, overall, it makes you less stupid, in any case, it makes you smarter. I don't know if it's from his sign, but here it is.
BDNF, and so we also have another hormone called glucagon. Glucagon is a bit of an antagonist of insulin, and it is this production of glucagon that will trigger the production of BDNF and GH, okay? So glucagon tells the body, okay, there is no more food coming, so now you have to adapt, okay? So, now we are at 12 hours, we continue our little path, we arrive at 24 hours.
So, I told you, these are indicative times, according to the person, according to his fasting habit, according to his metabolism and according to whether it is a dry fasting or not, the times can be reduced.
At 24 hours, we will have a strong increase in a process called autophagy. So, autophagy is a very, very important element, on which there is pretty much everything and anything that has been said, a lot of fantasies.
And here, I really refer you to the magazine number 8, because Estelle had done a huge job on autophagy, and I know she had really, really, really dug into the question to really get to a definition of autophagy, an understanding of autophagy that I personally have seen nowhere else.
So, I salute her for that. The autophagy is a process of self-degradation of the cell components. That is, the proteins that form the cell are degraded by the body itself. So it fills different functions, it allows to recycle old elements that are inadequate, organics that are inadequate, to build new ones.
It allows growth, differentiation. it is the renewal of damaged intracellular components. So, autophagy is a role of cell maintenance and cleaning, literally. We also know that when the body produces proteins, there are proteins, there are aberrations in the production of proteins, there are failures in a certain way, well, autophagy allows to re-decompose these failed amino acid proteins to re-compose others that are more adapted to the body. It is a recycling mechanism and therefore permanent renewal.
So it's really a mechanism, let's say, in a way of rejuvenating the body by doing a lot of shortening. It also allows, we realized that autophagy tended to break down what is called the amyloid plate.
The amyloid plate is a protein aggregate that is caused by what is called neurodegenerative diseases, except like Alzheimer's disease, for example, we see an amyloid plate appear at the level of the brain which corrodes the communication between the neurons and the overall functioning of the brain, well, autophagy participates in decomposing, so in de-aggregating this amyloid plate.
So, it's very interesting because often in alternative medicine literature, alternative, let's say, autophagy, it will come to destroy the bad elements to favor the good. So, you see, it's kind of a very selective self-cleaning of the body.
In fact, autophagy, for a long time, we considered it to be... scientifically speaking, we considered it to be non-selective. Now we realize that it is both non-selective and selective.
That is, it will break down all the elements without looking, and then it will also go to break down, target certain elements. Autophagy is also a response to the situation of famine, in which the body will take inside the cells the most damaged elements, the least interesting, the least effective, to rebuild new elements and produce energy, okay? So it's really a very interesting phenomenon.
So we realize that after 24 hours, we see an increase in autophagy. And this notion of autophagy increase is very important, because often there are people who say, Ah, when you fast, there is autophagy that triggers.
Autophagy exists all the time, in the body, all the time. All the time, there is autophagy that happens, fortunately for us, because otherwise there would be no recycling of our cellular waste, there would be no abnormal proteins that would be recycled, so it would not work at all.
On the other hand, we realize that after 24 hours of fasting, this phenomenon is widely amplified. And so, we benefit a lot more from this process of self-cleaning, recycling of the components of the cell itself.
So, 24 hours, autophagy increase. Between 24 and 32 hours, then this famous neoglucogenesis, it starts to decrease, because really, insulin is very low. Insulin is very, very, very, very low.
So, a little remark, I'm telling you now, I did not mean to say it, but I think it's important to say it. Insulin is very low. A hormone works with receptors in the body, it's always like that, that is, a hormone will come and fix on a receptor to lead to an action.
When there are levels of hormones that decrease strongly, we realize that the sensitivity of the receptors increases, okay? So, when you are going to go through a relatively long fasting period, beyond 32 hours, in which for several days the insulin will be very low, the insulin receptors will increase their sensitivity.
Which means that when you are going to re-feed, it will take very little insulin for these receptors to take action. There will be a greater sensitivity to insulin. That's interesting, because I talked about it in previous videos, I did it in 2016, in 2018, you can look on my channel, if the search engines allow you to find them.
I explained why a meal after a fast, you have to be careful because a too sweetly transformed diet, especially with simple sugars, even transformed sugars, It's going to be catastrophic because it's going to give us a monstrous insulin spike, and as the receptors have a huge sensitivity, it's going to be catastrophic.
The body's response is going to be huge because the sensitivity has increased. And by the way, a little aside, if when there are chronic levels of hormones, the sensitivity of the receptors increases, On the contrary, chronically high levels of hormones will lead to a decrease in the sensitivity of the receptors. That is to say, when you throw exogenous hormones, that is to say, from the outside to your body, tell yourself that the receptors decrease
their sensitivity, so that means, it explains why the day you want to stop taking these external hormones, the body cannot produce enough to trigger the receptors. I do not know if everyone followed, we will come back to it.
So, at 32 hours, neoglucogenesis begins to decrease significantly because the insulin level is almost zero. So glucose, because neoglucogenesis uses proteins and lipids to produce sugar, but as insulin is very low, this sugar could no longer enter the cell, so it does not work anymore.
So glucose will become a limited fuel for the brain and body cells. So, suddenly, the body will then produce a new fuel called the cetonic bodies. It enters a phase called the cetosis phase. Cetosis is a very particular phase that is recognizable by the smell of people.
There is a smell, the day you smell it, we call it the cetosis smell. It is very particular, I could not describe its smell, but it is a very particular smell and that indicates that we are in ketosis.
So, ketogenic bodies are produced from the metabolization of fats, fatty acids. We must understand that from the moment we start to produce ketogenic bodies, so we are in ketosis, the body works directly on fatty acids and overall, we are not hungry at all, we left the adaptation phase, the stress and constraint phase, and there, overall, we can continue until the fat reserves of the body are...
I will not say exhausted, because the body never lets you go to exhaustion, but we can go far in fasting, okay? So, there is no more constraint. So, the constraint phase is this one, it's from 0 to 32 hours.
if you are in young sex, it is from 0 to 24 hours approximately, we reduce the time a little bit. This is the phase where the body has to adapt, it does glycogenesis, then it does neoglycogenesis, the growth hormone increases, ABDNF increases, adrenaline increases too, because there is this phase of constraint and stress, autophagy increases, it moves in all directions.
From the moment we get into the functioning with the ketogenic bodies and the ketosis, it's a bit like, we let ourselves slip. The body understood that you were not going to eat it, and then it said to itself, I'm going to have to do something, because the guy watched too many videos of fake news on the internet, and by self-proclaimed health gurus, and so, it's over, it's really going to continue.
So there, the body adapts and produces ketogenic courses of ketosis. So we are at 32 hours, it will be put in place gradually, and we say that beyond the 32 hours, let's say 48 hours approximately, 48, 72 hours, so here we are really well settled in the cetose, we enter what is called the long fast.
When we talk about a short fast, it's going to be a fast that will last up to 72 hours, so about 3 days, 24, 48, that's it. And from 3 days, we enter what is called the long fast.
It is a fast in which there will no longer be this feeling of hunger, and we enter... the first phase is a phase of stimulation, adaptation, you will learn your body to suck in its reserves, it will move very, very hard. The second phase, you really enter a very deep cleaning moment, Detoxification, we will enter a phase of very intense detoxification.
You say, well, detoxification according to plateau doctors, it does not exist. So it's funny, because when I hear that, funny, I told you, I never saw one, this morning I was sent a video in which there was a guy who said with aplomb, it's fascinating for me, the aplomb with which these plateau doctors can lie.
In fact, I said to myself, no, they are not lying, For them, they do not lie, that is, they are convinced of what they say. That is, they have so little scientific knowledge and so little critical thinking that they do not realize how much their training was assured only by the large pharmaceutical laboratories and how much they have gone completely out of the way of health. So, the guys can tell you, detoxification, first of all, does not exist,
and secondly, there is no way to strengthen it, activate it, support it. Well, I, this plateau doctor, I would like to have it in my hand, I make him fast 72 hours and we will see if detoxification does not exist.
Besides, there is a great hygienist called Arnold Ehret who said, if you want to know the state of life of a person, you make him fast 3 days, so 3 days in a 72-hour state, and you see in what state he is.
Normally, if he is not in good health, as I imagine this plateau doctor, the video, after 3 days, he really has to, excuse me the expression, he has to shit a lot.
And here we will make a video and it will be very funny. So, 48-72 hours, we go into the long fast, we are in the fast of deep detoxification, deep cleansing of the body.
So there can be a whole symptomatology that will appear, because the elimination organs will be solicited, the kidneys, the intestines, and so on. This is not the purpose of this video, the purpose of this video is to show you really what is going on on these different scales.
Short fasting, long fasting, fasting of stimulation, adaptation, in which the hormonal system and the nervous system will be extremely solicited, long fasting, fasting of deep cleaning. So, when we proposed...
because now there is no clinic that will host cancer patients for young people, at least in Europe, but at the time, when there were clinics that dared to host cancer patients, when we offered them meals, it was automatically meals of more than 72 hours, it was 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks of meals, because you need detoxification and very deep cleaning. Which does not invalidate a regular practice of shorter meals, 1 day, 2 days, as I told you.
Already probably, if you have to discover fasting, start with very short fasts, half a day, you know, you do 4 hours of fasting. 4 hours of fasting, normally, everyone should be able to not eat for 4 hours.
And usually we get there. Well, 6 hours, 8 hours, it starts to get harder. Oh, the little coffee in the morning, all that, it's complicated. Well, you have coffee in the morning, you get to 12 hours, 12 hours is not bad already.
You finish your meal around 9 o'clock, you start eating again only at 9 o'clock in the morning the next day. After that, you can push a little more, you push until noon. So there, you will start to enter what is called 18-6. 18-6 is 18 hours of food abstinence for a 6-hour window, you eat between noon and 6 p.m., 18 hours, okay?
That's 18-6, that's a good little cleaning program that can be continued for a very long time. Then you practice that for several months for example. Then when you are comfortable with 18.6, so when I say comfortable, what is it?
Well, you check, do you lose vitality, do you lose weight? If so, it's too much, that's it, it's too much. You go back to your old habits, or at least you find a compromise between the two. If, on the other hand, you are comfortable, on the contrary, you gain in vitality, you gain in strength, you feel good in your morale and so on,
great, you may even be able to reduce from time to time. You see, on the weekend you will do 24, for example, or fast all day, for example. We play with that, and we progress little by little until we experience longer fasts.
I know a lot of people who practice long fasts at home, but obviously, they did not go from one day to the next, that is, they really took the time to adapt to that, and they are not in any danger because they went there gradually.
Like, I mean, you have people who do ultra trails of 200 km, they are not in danger, why? Why? Because they adapted to this distance gradually. You leave overnight to do a trail of 200 km in the mountains, you're dead, that's it, you're going to leave your skin.
So, a few words in addition, because I think we already have a long video, so I'm not going to make it long, do you see it? 57 minutes? I see Alex laughing, I told him it will not be too long.
No, but it's so fascinating, there are so many things to say. Well, 2-3 little things. The dry fasting. Because every time I am told that there is a TV show that talks about fasting, I laugh in advance, I say to myself, I'm going to settle down, I say, I'm going to laugh, see the level of incompetence that we can have on these plates, but then if there is one that dares to talk about dry fasting,
it's exceptional. We are really in the exceptional. So, overall, liquid deprivation, remember, you die in 24 hours. Guaranteed, refunded. So that's pretty much what they tell you, you die in 24 hours.
That's what I thought for a long time too, so I make fun of myself. In fact, this is not the case at all. Sergei Filonov, whom I mentioned at the beginning, he regularly makes people fast for 12 to 15 days, for example, in dry fasting, so according to a protocol of progressive adaptation.
What must be remembered is that if this first phase is a phase of constraint, deprivation of water will be an additional constraint. So, if you have never fasted, especially do not start... I do not know, you see. But in any case, do not start with long phases of fasting without water, that's for sure.
I say that because, in fact, I personally find, and we could develop, but that's what I taught a lot in my training, I said, it is better to increase the intensity and reduce the duration.
Because the body's response is at the height of the intensity and not the duration. That is to say, the example that I always give, we will have a greater physiological response of the body if we bathe in very cold water for a short time, rather than getting in less cold water for a longer time.
Well, it's the same in terms of fasting, paradoxically, it would be better to do much shorter fasts and experience the maximum constraint, that is, maybe without water and without food, still the same, adapt physiologically to the person, We don't know each other, so I'll let you see this in an intelligent way with your own experience of yourself.
Rather than increasing the duration of fasting, but without increasing the intensity. Well, in any case, when you fast without liquid, without water, without liquid, the constraint is much stronger.
And how can the body get rid of water? We say, but without water you will die. Well, no, because we have water reserves in the body. You are told, the body is composed of 70 % water, except that when you open a vein, it's not water, so we do not have liquid water in the body.
On the other hand, we have reserves, reserves of fat. And it's exactly like the camels, the camels when they are in the desert, in their bush, they do not have...
it's not a kind of bush full of water, it's not a gourd, it's full of fat. And we realize that when we burn 100 grams of fat, it will give us 110 grams of water. What does that mean?
It means that the body will be able to burn its fat to produce water. And that explains why in dry fasting, the times are much shorter. Because the moment the body goes into neoglucogenesis and especially in ketosis, well, it will have to happen much earlier.
Because 32 hours without water, the body can not afford it. So in fact, it will run all the first steps to arrive very quickly at the phase where it will burn its fats to produce water.
And that's why in dry fasting, times are much more reduced. So dry fasting is an acceleration of processes. So always the same, if you have never fasted, do not start with that.
But if you are used to fasting, it can be interesting to experience a little more intensity. and personal testimony and testimony of a lot of other people, there are people, and I would say, the more a person is not with a big health capital, I think more, that's true, who testify that for them, dry fasting is easier to start than water fasting.
After, you will not do 40 days of dry fasting. I know someone who has done 18 days of dry fasting. Already, it's top level. But you don't do 40 days of dry fasting, anyway, I don't know. I saw someone do 40 days of dry fasting, so it's much shorter times.
Julie Filanoff goes up to 9 days of dry fasting, so it's already huge, 9 days of dry fasting. So, if you are interested in that, there is an excellent book, I'm sorry, I will put the reference under the video, which was written by a Swiss naturopath who is very close to Sergei Filanoff, because Sergei Filanoff wrote only in Russian, there is a poor translation on Google, but it is of very poor quality.
So there is a very good book that has been done, I will find the reference, I don't have it in my head anymore, which really describes the phases of fasting in dry fasting, you can be interested in it.
The last point that I wanted to develop is the famous question of food descent. Because there are a lot of people who ask me, when we are going to fast, is it worth it to do a food descent? The answer is obviously yes.
Since I tell you, fasting requires a strong adaptation. if you pull the handbrake at 180 km on the highway, overall, it's more difficult to manage than if you pull the handbrake at 10 km per hour on the highway.
So a gradual deceleration of your diet if you have the opportunity to do it during the previous days, it's good. So deceleration, what does that mean? It means that the day just before the fast, you may not be able to eat juices that day, the day before, you only had fruits, the day before, you only ate raw food, if you are not used to eating raw food, You see, you take 3-4 days in which you have no transformed food,
no difficult products to digest, no cooked, fried products or things like that, rather fruits, rather juices, and normally, the entry into the fasting phase will be much easier. I told you, I made a series of videos, several series of videos in 2016 and 2018, if you find them on my channel, you will see they are very rich, and all these aspects are extremely developed.
But there, you already have enough information to start. So, what I find really interesting in fasting, and in the physiological explanations I gave you, I give you these explanations so that you understand that it works, the body is adapted to food deprivation.
Fortunately for us, there are phenomena that will happen, that we must know to understand them, to make enlightened choices. But one of the very important dimensions that I see in fasting, it is to develop his trust, his trust in our body.
That is to say, here is my body, even when I do not feed it, it does not die. On the contrary, it is a real explosion of life.
And I would even say that beyond trust, it is faith. Faith in the living, in his ability. And it's fascinating, you tell yourself, when I stop feeding it, my body does not perish, insofar as I do not go too far, up to starvation, because it's not about getting rid of starvation, but my body does not get rid of it, on the contrary, it improves. GH,
BDNF, production of ketones, while they are anti-inflammatory, I forgot to say it, so very strongly anti-inflammatory, so drastic decrease in inflammation, detoxification, cleaning, all that goes in the direction of an improvement of the functioning of the body.
And that's very interesting, somewhere... I'm going to finish with the feathers, I'm going to take them off like this. In a way, it's a bit like if... and this is really a movement that is very important in terms of health, the fact of suddenly stopping to bet permanently on the outside, because when we eat, we come to get our resources from the outside.
Stopping to take resources from the outside allows the inside to express all its potential. This is an allegory that could be very interesting, that could be transposed into our everyday life. At some point, stop being overloaded with information from the outside to start listening to what the inside has to tell us.
And the inside, what it has to tell us is a fabulous, incredible story, a story of life, a story of explosion of life literally. And you will understand why all the doctors on the corrupted plateau have no interest in presenting these phenomena as something, as they are, that is, virtuous phenomena.
Because here we are talking about health, we are talking about autonomy, We are talking about the ability to regain sovereignty and control of one's life. Because, and I bet, anyone who will slowly start to implement in an adapted, intelligent, individualized way periods of fasting in one's life, you could say, here we are in January, I bet that in 2024, regularly, every month, I will fast 1 day,
2 days, 3 days of fasting. I will not eat in the morning, I will do 18-6, from time to time on the weekend, I will only have one meal a day. If you make this bet, and since we are based on physiological mechanisms, I can speak with certainty, if you base on that, that you do not go too far, that you respect the phases of overcompensation, so from the information I gave you, I can bet you that your life will be radically transformed. And that is
accessible to everyone, it's not a question of money, It's not a question of social level, it's not a question of education level, it's accessible to everyone, the young, and I think that's the most formidable weapon of self-autonomy and of secession with the system of disease and fear that we can imagine.
That's why I have so much fun to share it with you. I hope this video will be useful to you. It will be useful to you. I'm going to make myself a little tangerine at the end. Look how beautiful they are, I'm so proud.
I'm in my citrus garden. And look, these are satsumas, they are incredible. Incredible, not a bit of fertilizer, of course, it's just beautiful straw, beautiful trees in the sun, and it's the magic of life.
And break a fast like that with a... I was not fasting, but break a fast with a neighborhood of Clementine, you will see how you will appreciate life. The very expression of life. Life, in this case, more essential, in this case, more powerful, in this case, more alive. This is the promise of fasting, and with a little bit of knowledge, it is accessible to everyone.
I wish you a very nice day, I hope this video will stay enough on YouTube so that you can see it. I tell you, expect some great surprises in the month of February, and all this is surprises that go in the direction of the living and health.
